He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular disease, with a focus on peripheral arterial disease (PAD) and advanced expertise in critical limb ischemia and pedal loop reconstruction. Over the past five years, he has performed more than 3,000 complex arterial revascularizations below the knee and ankle, helping many patients avoid amputation through advanced endovascular techniques.

Dr. Leschak earned his medical degree from Drexel University (formerly Hahnemann University) and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Overlook Medical Center in New Jersey. He went on to complete fellowships in Abdominal Imaging at Duke University and in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the University of Pittsburgh.

Throughout his career, Dr. Leschak has served at leading academic and community institutions, including the University of Pennsylvania, Fox Chase Cancer Center, University of Tennessee, and the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He has also held leadership roles such as Director of Interventional Radiology at the University of Tennessee Medical Center and Managing Physician of outpatient endovascular centers.

Originally from Colombia, Dr. Naar completed his medical degree at Javeriana University in Bogotá before moving to the United States to pursue advanced surgical training. Over the course of his career, he has held attending positions at leading hospitals across the country, including the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, University Hospitals, and Banner Health.

Dr. Naar is certified by the American Board of Surgery in Vascular Surgery. His experience spans open and endovascular procedures, complex limb salvage, carotid artery surgery, dialysis access, and chronic venous disease management.

Dr. Kush Shah is a board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist with extensive experience in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular conditions—including peripheral arterial disease (PAD), venous insufficiency, and dialysis access care—using advanced, patient-focused techniques that promote faster recovery and lasting results.

Dr. Shah earned his medical degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami, where he graduated with a dual focus in medicine and health sector management. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency and vascular/interventional radiology fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami, serving as Chief Fellow during his final year.

Throughout his career, Dr. Shah has played an active role in advancing the field of minimally invasive medicine. He has authored multiple publications and presented nationally on topics such as complex embolization, mechanical thrombectomy, and innovative endovascular therapies. As a principal investigator in clinical research, he has contributed to national studies evaluating next-generation devices that expand access to safe, effective outpatient vascular care.

Her father, a physician, instilled in her a deep respect for the power of medicine to change lives. She earned her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, followed by a general surgery residency at Metro Health Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and a fellowship in Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at the Deborah Heart and Lung Center in New Jersey.

Throughout her career, Dr. Bui has practiced in both hospital and outpatient settings, providing comprehensive care for patients with peripheral arterial disease, aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease, venous insufficiency, and critical limb ischemia. She also has expertise in wound care, dialysis access management, and endovascular limb salvage procedures.

Dr. Clarke’s extensive background includes her role as a registered physician in vascular interpretation, as well as a physician and phlebologist at VCA in Greenwich and Southbury, CT, where she served from 2010 to 2020.

Dr. Suemoy Wallace is a board-certified general surgeon with extensive experience in acute care surgery, trauma surgery, and surgical critical care. Throughout her career, she has focused on delivering high-quality surgical care while maintaining a strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Dr. Wallace earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, where she was recognized for academic excellence and inducted into the Iota Epsilon Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed her general surgery residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit. She then pursued advanced fellowship training in surgical critical care at the University of Connecticut’s Hartford Hospital, followed by additional fellowship training in acute care surgery at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.

Over the course of her career, Dr. Wallace has held numerous leadership roles in surgical care and trauma services. She has served as Assistant Professor of Surgery at both the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids. She later held leadership positions within major health systems in Arizona, including Trauma ICU Director, Interim Trauma Medical Director, and Assistant Trauma Medical Director. More recently, she has served as Chief of Surgery and Medical Director for trauma services at HonorHealth Mountain Vista Medical Center while also leading its general surgery residency program.

Dr. Wallace is known for her leadership in surgical education and trauma care, as well as her dedication to improving patient outcomes in complex and high-acuity clinical environments.
